Privacy, cookies, ownership, third-party credits, AI usage, terms of use. I put all of it on one page instead of five separate documents nobody was going to read anyway.

Quick version: I track basic analytics so I know the site works, the case studies and writing here are mine unless stated otherwise, a couple of photos are borrowed and credited, and none of it is here to train a model. The full version is below.

There's no login, no form, no checkout on this site, so there's nothing personal to hand over just to look around. What it does pick up is the usual low-key stuff most websites pick up: how many people visit, which pages hold their attention, what device and browser they're on, and roughly where they're browsing from. None of it is tied to a name or an identity.

That data comes from Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity, which also records anonymized session behaviour like scroll depth and click patterns so I can see which parts of the portfolio actually land. Neither tool is used to build a profile on you, sell data, or target ads.

Cookies and similar local-storage tech are used here for one reason, to understand how the site performs and how people move through it. That covers analytics through GA4 and Clarity, remembering small preferences like your chosen colour theme, and generally making repeat visits feel smoother.

None of it goes toward ad targeting, and nothing gets sold to a third party. Block or clear cookies in your browser whenever you want. The site still works fine, you just lose the saved theme preference and I lose a data point.

The case studies, UI and brand designs, visuals, logos, motion work, illustrations, writing, and music on this site were made by me, Golam Sayon Ahamed, and belong to me unless a section says otherwise. That includes the projects still in production or covered by an internship NDA, shown here with permission and within the scope those clients agreed to.

The personal and speculative projects on here (Run Your Story, Forge, Marvel × A24) are original creative explorations of mine. They're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced for the brands referenced.

A handful of photos used across mockups and moodboards come from Unsplash and stay the property of their respective photographers, used here under the Unsplash license. They're worked into original design pieces, not passed off as my own photography.

I'm putting this in writing because it's worth being direct about. This portfolio is here for people to look at. Not for a model to learn from.

You're welcome to look through this portfolio and share a link to it for personal, academic, or recruitment review. That's what it's here for. What you can't do is copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or otherwise reuse the work, in part or in full, without asking me first.
