Who I Am

I want to make things that feel like they were made by a person, not a template. Things that have a point of view, even when they're just a logo or a layout. Based in Bangalore. Open to working anywhere.

How I think

Big picture first, details obsessed

When I start a project I immediately want to know the whole system. What's the brand about. What does it feel like at every touchpoint. What happens when someone first sees it vs when they've been using it for a year. I can't help it. The details come second but they matter just as much.

How I work

Prototype everything

I don't love staying in theory mode. I'd rather make a rough version and see what's wrong with it. Colour palettes, layouts, type pairings, even this portfolio. Everything gets tested before I decide it's done. It's not perfectionism, it's just that I learn more from looking at a bad version than reading about a good one.

What I believe

Good design should make people feel something

Not necessarily in a dramatic way. Sometimes it's just that something feels right and they don't know why. That's the goal. Not "wow" but "yes, this is exactly it." That's what I'm going for every time.
